Projects | Strategic Plan for Midtown Detroit The Detroit Medical Center and Wayne State University joined forces through University Cultural Center Association's (UCCA) Midtown initiative in 2005 to develop a plan for coordinated public improvements and institutional, residential, commercial and retail redevelopment of this rapidly revitalizing area of Detroit. Ken Greenberg led a team with the Smith Group/JJR to shape and guide this pattern of re-investment. | |||
